STANDARD DELIVERY POLICY
For our local account customers, we offer a next day delivery service on all items in stock.
For other Mainland UK customers it will be 24/48 hours on general stationery products.
Orders must be received by 4.45pm for next day delivery.
Please note that a few products such as furniture, workwear etc may require a slightly longer delivery time and you will be informed by e-mail of the alternative delivery date.
Delivery is FREE OF CHARGE for account customers
For all other orders under £50 delivery will be charged at £7.50
Most general stationery goods can be exchanged or refunded if you are not happy with your purchase, provided that:-
- The returned goods are unused
- In a saleable condition
- In their original packaging
- Returned to us within 14 days
We make no charge for returns and there is no restocking fee providing these terms are adhered to. For customers outside of our local area, will will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount.
We will credit the card or account we have on file for you
There are the odd products that are classed as non returnable unless they're faulty. We will let you know if this is the case.
Any item that is out of stock when ordered will be placed on backorder; you will be notified by e-mail of the expected delivery date.
Should we receive no response from our e-mail we will assume that you wish to accept the goods on the date as specified.
If the delivery date is unacceptable please respond to our e-mail and we will cancel the backorder and either credit your credit card or, if you are an account customer, you will not be invoiced.
