STANDARD DELIVERY POLICY

For our local account customers, we offer a next day delivery service on all items in stock.  If it's urgent, give us a call.  We can deliver paper same day if ordered before 10.30am.

Orders must be received by 4pm for next day delivery.

Please note that a few products such as furniture, workwear etc may require a slightly longer delivery time and you will be informed by e-mail of the alternative delivery date.
  
DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery is FREE OF CHARGE for account customers

RETURNS

Most general stationery goods can be exchanged or refunded if you are not happy with your purchase, provided that:-

• The returned goods are unused
• In a saleable condition
• In their original packaging
• Returned to us within 10 days 

For general stationery products, we make no charge for returns and there is no restocking fee providing these terms are adhered to.  Anything outside of these terms then our suppliers will charge a re-stocking fee.

We will provide a credit note where due.

There are the odd products that are classed as non returnable unless they're faulty.  These products are labelled on our website.  

BACKORDERS

Any item that is out of stock when ordered will be placed on backorder.  If you are not notified then pleased contact us for a due date.  This can change daily.  If you wish to cancel your back order then please let us know.
